I am inviting local NGO Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance (“LNA”) to abolish DEI in their organization and publicly support colorblind equality in their programs, practices, and policies.
LNA has publicly committed to:
- Operate with a DEI agenda
- Advance DEI in the Ottawa County nonprofit sector
- Attend and support Pride events
- Become “anti-racist”
- Incorporate an “equity lens” to their programs, practices, and policies
- Promote concepts of systemic racism, implicit bias, white priveledge
- Promote CRT/DEI authors Robin DiAngelo and Ibram X. Kenji
You can find these public commitments on their website: https://lakeshorenonprofits.org/about/
I understand the desire of NGOs to quietly pivot away from DEI. DEI has been broadly rejected by the American people. More importantly, President Trump has started aggressive action to defund organizations linked to anti-American DEI efforts.
We should not deny the truth of what has happened, or forget who lacked discernment in leading us down this Marxist road.
Many nonprofits like LNA participated in promoting divisive DEI ideology for the past several years. It was divisive then, and it’s still divisive today.
I invite LNA to publicly:
- Operate based on colorblind equality in their programs, practices, and policies.
- Post their new policies on their website to be transparent with the public.
- Stop promoting DEI in the Ottawa County nonprofit sector.
- Stop attending and supporting Pride events.
- Seek new nonprofit partners who also promote color-blind equality.
- Promote authors like Christopher Rufo and Thomas Sowell.
Americans need to work together to restore America to her greatness and promise.
This requires introspection, course correction, and changes in vision, values, & leadership.
I welcome Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance to join the American people in the Golden Age of America.
